Position Summary

Under general direction of the Director, Proposals and Pricing, the Proposals and Pricing Manager is responsible for assisting in the process of handling commercial contracts review and proposal generation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Complies with all cGMP requirements and all related SOPs.
  2. Enters data into ICS system as it pertains to Related SOP activities.
  3. Track new requests.
  4. Liaise with Business Development personnel to assist with maintaining requested trackers.
  5. Assign new requests to Proposal Associates.
  6. Respond to client inquiries when management level response is required.
  7. Act as client contact through the proposal process.
  8. Collaborate and prepare client proposals.
  9. Manage updates to templates.
  10. Maintain coding of cost centers for all Xerimis Entities.
  11. Assist with Rate cards and bid defense if necessary.
  12. Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Time management and cross functionality
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong critical think skills
  • Excellent reading and writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently for long periods of time
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, under deadline pressure
  • English Literacy
  • Keen eye to detail
  • Computer and in particular Microsoft Suite especially Excel
  • Familiarity with cGMPs
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry
