Adam Majka is an accomplished strategic finance leader with more than 20 years of experience driving financial performance and operational excellence across the life sciences, medical device, service, and manufacturing industries. He currently serves as Vice President, Global Finance at Xerimis, where he leads the company’s finance and accounting functions across multiple international locations. In this role, Adam oversees global financial systems and processes, ensures compliance with corporate accounting policies, and supports Xerimis’s continued growth and operational success. Adam’s career is marked by a track record of transformative leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to joining Xerimis in January 2023, he spent 16 years at Aramark, rising from Staff Auditor to Director of Finance and gaining deep expertise in forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, financial reporting, and client relations. He later served as Global Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Health sector of Johnson Matthey, helping streamline operations at facilities across the U.S., Scotland, and China. Before Xerimis, Adam also led financial strategy as Head of Americas Finance and Global Director of Finance for LifeScan, where he managed teams and high-impact projects throughout North America. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Robert Morris University and an MBA from Eastern University.
