Alaine Hill

Alaine Hill is a results-driven human resources executive with extensive experience leading global HR functions in complex, fast-paced organizations.

Alaine joined the Xerimis team in 2022 as Vice President Global Human Resources.  In this role, she partners with the senior management team to develop  people strategies that focus on talent management, leadership development, workforce planning,  and employee engagement initiatives that align organizational effectiveness and growth to business objectives and goals. 

Prior to joining Xerimis Alaine spent fifteen years in HR leadership positions in the pharmaceutical distribution industry.  She has a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives, including organizational design and change management.

Alaine holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Saint Joseph’s University, her Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and is an active contributor to HR leadership forums and industry networks.
