Xerimis performs return accountability procedures to the level required by the client. This may include a simple verification of kit numbers returned according to site or a full tablet or capsule count by patient and treatment period. The level of detail is customized to the needs of the client.

Documentation of the accountability process is provided to the client as frequently as required in a mutually agreed upon format.

After completion of accountability, Xerimis may either arrange for the destruction of the returned materials or return to the sponsor. Any destruction is certified with written confirmation provided to the client.
