Carol Sue holds a B.A. in Economics from Denison University, a M.ED. in Special Education from The Pennsylvania State University, a M.A. in Occupational Therapy from University of Southern California and a Certificate in Sensory Integration from University of Southern California.

Prior to joining Xerimis, Carol Sue held a position as Director of Early Intervention Services for the Association of Retarded Citizens, Centre County, PA. There, she managed three Early Intervention Programs, including one federally funded grant program, via the coordination of services, the supervision of staff, fiscal management and program development.

After completion of her second master's degree, Carol Sue worked in private practice at Skill Builders Occupational Therapy in Virginia. During her tenure at Skill Builders she took the position of Director of Clinical Programs. Her responsibilities focused on daily management of various programs and services provided to children and families within the private practice. Her work included direct patient care, collaboration with allied professionals and the coordination and supervision of clinicians within the private practice.

In 2004, Carol Sue translated her extensive professional experience into a new field, joining Xerimis as Director of Operations. Keeping with her previous experience in managing various health related programs, she continued this in the arena of Clinical Packaging. In her role as Director of Operations she was responsible for the staffing, coordination and execution of all packaging and distribution services.

In 2006, Carol Sue became the Vice President of Operations at Xerimis. As Vice President, she works with all Xerimis department heads to assist in the maintenance of a sound organizational plan. She oversees the execution of services at Xerimis from proposal development through distribution and accountability of clinical trial materials. Her focus at Xerimis is to continue the company mission of building relationships with clients and providing customized quality services of the highest order, with absolute dependability.

Her guiding philosophy is to facilitate an engaging environment for all Xerimis employees, where each individual can take pride in their work to maintain the highest industry standards in the clinical packaging field.
